Hi, I’m Luke Shen. I’m a software engineer with a strong interest in systems programming, databases, and distributed systems.

I use this blog to document what I’m building and learning — including project write-ups, implementation notes, technical deep dives, and thoughts on papers I find interesting. Recently, much of that has centered around Theseon, an LSM-based storage engine I’m building in Go.
